Online registration on Family Portal 
Create an Account: Please create a parent portal account and bookmark this page for your reference to apply. Complete the online application. After creating your account, you will be able to log in to enroll your child/ren, apply for tuition assistance, print forms for your records, check on the status of your application, and much more.

Instructions for Creating a Family Portal Login 
Please go to www.factsmgt.com. 
Select Parent Log In from the menu bar and FACTS Family Portal from the drop-down menu. 
After the FACTS Family Portal Login screen opens, please select Create New Family Portal Account. 
Enter (PC-MN) into the District Code field. 
Enter in the Email field your email address as provided in your application to the school. 
Click the Create Account button. 
You will receive an email from FACTS SIS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes the link will remain active for 6 hours. 
Please click on the link. A Change/Create Password screen will open. You may use the default username provided, or create a new username. Then type in your desired password into the Password field and Confirm Field. 
Click on the Save Username and/or Password button. 
Close the window. 
Log into Family Portal as instructed above.

What Do You Need to Apply? 
You will need your child/ren's basic information along with vaccination records (which can be requested from their doctor and faxed right to the school at 507-433-5693), most recent copies of your family's 1040 tax forms. A registration fee is also due with your registration to guarantee a spot for your child. I Don't Have a Computer, How Can I Apply? 
Call our main office at 507-437-3278 to schedule an appointment with the Enrollment Director.

How Old Does My Child Have to Be to Start School? 
Preschool: 
Tiny Shamrocks must be 33 months old and toilet trained ( No pullups). 
K-Prep must be 4. 
Montessori must be 33 months old and toilet trained (No pullups).
