Austin Aspires is seeking a visionary, collaborative, and equity-driven leader to serve as our next Executive Director.

 

As a backbone organization committed to improving educational outcomes through collective impact, we partner across sectors to ensure every learner in our community is supported from cradle to career. The Executive Director will guide this work, fostering deep community engagement, strategic partnerships, and innovative solutions that help every child thrive.

• Can engage and inspire diverse community stakeholders

• Brings strong strategic, operational, and fundraising skills
