Aspiring Leaders of Tomorrow (A.L.O.T.), led by our dedicated Navigators, provides students with individualized support and guidance through:

• Regular check-ins with students (weekly or as needed)

• Review of grades, attendance, and assignments, as well as tutoring support

• Assistance in completing volunteer hours required for the Hormel Scholarship

• Guidance in exploring post-secondary education, military service, or workforce opportunities

• Opportunities for college visits and job shadowing experiences

• Connection to community resources and supports for students and families
